Affordable option

I've been with them for a couple of years and only had a great experience. Each year I compare premiums against other insurers and never found a better deal. Even comparisons sites told me 'stay with them you won't find a better deal'. I had one claim (my fault) and the experience was smooth, the car was fixed fairly quickly and no issues in the process.

Disgraceful Insurance Company

I would rate lower if possible. I was hit from behind while stationary, raised a claim with Budget Direct and provided as much information as I was given by the other driver. Repairs get booked for 4

among our 5 vehicles insured by Budget direct , we had no claims for 5 years , one of our cars had an accident , after 21 days , the vehicle is not touched yet and they are not sure when the car will

Unethical and unsympathetic

Had to claim for rogue vehicle driving into my property and damaging my car. I was not home at the time although the police did attend. I have never received worst service since I made a claim. Despit
