Terrible service and opportunistic

Refuse to refund our access for a claim which was not my fault. Could not provide details of other driver because he was hostile and refused and drove off. reported to Police and they have all details but will only release to Insurer. Instead of calling NSW Police they simply say you did not provide it so you must pay the excess. They know Police will not give me the details so they have been rude and very opportunistic. Complained to IRO about their unethical and border line illegal conduct.
