I have been with a RACQ for 25 years and have alway had great service from them. When I first joined in 1968 it was with NRMA and changed when I moved to Queensland and I now have gold membership. I would recommend them to anyone

Only lodged one claim - poor and contradictory service all round, repairer slack and rude. Complaint resolution useless. Don't bother.
Competitive rates and very friendly service. Great for if your car breaks down and always willing to help when you need it. Wouldn't think of changing from RACQ to another insurer.
