car insurance

I have been with RACQ for many years and had no concerns with them. I did look to change a few years ago and thought i could get more value for money elsewhere but RACQ were the best vaule for money and they reward you a further 5% if you have been with them for some time.

RACQ is a rip off

Fine until you have to lodge a claim

Only lodged one claim - poor and contradictory service all round, repairer slack and rude. Complaint resolution useless. Don't bother.

Best for customer service.

Competitive rates and very friendly service. Great for if your car breaks down and always willing to help when you need it. Wouldn't think of changing from RACQ to another insurer.
