RACQ Car insurance has been okay. They don't send many letters in the mail. I haven't had any reason too claim with them, but they've been great!

Only lodged one claim - poor and contradictory service all round, repairer slack and rude. Complaint resolution useless. Don't bother.
Competitive rates and very friendly service. Great for if your car breaks down and always willing to help when you need it. Wouldn't think of changing from RACQ to another insurer.
