RACQ looks after U!

I have made 2 not a fault claims, both times my car was fixed quickly, no questions asked! I kept my good rating and low premium. Even when one claim was quite large in relation to the value of my car they fixed it instead of writing it off, which made be very happy because I love my car!

    RACQ is a rip off

    Fine until you have to lodge a claim

    Only lodged one claim - poor and contradictory service all round, repairer slack and rude. Complaint resolution useless. Don&#39;t bother.

    Best for customer service.

    Competitive rates and very friendly service. Great for if your car breaks down and always willing to help when you need it. Wouldn't think of changing from RACQ to another insurer.
