only just started..

I have only just signed up to RACQ but found the process easy and the customer service friendly. Other places I tried to get quotes from were not as helpful or were very pushy, plus others had start up costs that I didn't really like the idea of.

RACQ is a rip off

RACQ Insurance is a disaster. Only one claim ever made and it has been the most ridiculous comedy of errors from them. I complained on their facebook page and they have now removed my post.<br/>The co

Fine until you have to lodge a claim

Only lodged one claim - poor and contradictory service all round, repairer slack and rude. Complaint resolution useless. Don't bother.

Best for customer service.

Competitive rates and very friendly service. Great for if your car breaks down and always willing to help when you need it. Wouldn't think of changing from RACQ to another insurer.
