RACQ Car Insurance

After a car reversed into me and damaged my front end. I called RACQ and had my claim dealt with on that day. They sent me home in a taxi and arranged for a taxi to pick me up when the car was ready 3 days later. They also gave me a certificate of 100% guarantee for the workmanship.

RACQ is a rip off

Fine until you have to lodge a claim

Only lodged one claim - poor and contradictory service all round, repairer slack and rude. Complaint resolution useless. Don't bother.

Best for customer service.

Competitive rates and very friendly service. Great for if your car breaks down and always willing to help when you need it. Wouldn't think of changing from RACQ to another insurer.
