Do not use!!

The worst experience ever. Rude and incompetent staff. Was put on hold for 1.5 hours only to find out that the person I need to speak to has left for the day. Misleading policy with deceptive terms and conditions. Avoid at all costs!!

Agreed I was with them for 5 month and I hope one day to be rid of them. Just another uncaring money grubbing robotized excuse for a company. We need to report them to AFCA & Fair trading.

Never respond

Lodged claim last Nov, only responded recently due to negative reviews I put. Lately, still no response again from total loss team as I need to collect private items from the written off car. Terrible
