Never respond

Lodged claim last Nov, only responded recently due to negative reviews I put. Lately, still no response again from total loss team as I need to collect private items from the written off car. Terrible experience. Never buy this EVERYDAY INSURANCE with WOOLWORTH.

My car got written off by a stolen car while parked at work. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my claim, I’m owed 12.2 k for agreed value. They don’t answer calls or reply to emails. I’
