Hail damaged car

I had two hail damaged cars from the same storm with two different insurance companies. Youi and AAMI. Youi was the first to call me back and complete the entire claim process. They organised for my windscreen to be fixed so I could use the car while waiting for the assessment inspection. They gave me the full agreed value of my vehicle which became an financial write-off. I was very pleased with the entire process and the resulting outcome.

I was Investigation and Youi wanted phone calls and text messages records for 60 days before and after the accident. Also company client list to call. Will a company give youi to call clients to asses
