Ridiculous quote process
Why, after populating my details into the Youi web site, would I want someone to then ask me the EXACT same questions over the phone? Clearly, if you can’t manage your online enquires efficiently, you can’t manage your business efficiently - and I don’t want to be paying for that in my annual premium.
