I decided to try and get a quote online from Youi, after providing several details about myself and my vehicle without warning the next step was 'someone will call you to finalise your quote'.
Ripped me off as I didn't authorise the go-ahead, then luckily enough, or unluckily enough, I had an accident. Youi then denied the claim saying the bank rejected the withdrawal which is bull crap
Their customer service is great but the cost is a little high. I thought when I got my open licence the cost would go down but it didn't decrease by much at all.
Do not get a quote with Youi. Even if you don't confirm the policy or even have the car they will debit money out of your account and not refund it for at least 2 weeks. Their service is disgraceful!
