Disgusted with waiting times
I joined Bupa more than 5 years ago when they were still MBF. I was really disgusted to find that although I have been with them all the time, if I wanted to upgrade my cover, I had to serve the same waiting time as new customers. I am not happy with what they are offering me and have now switched covers that is half the price with the same benefits.
