Wealth for Health

HCF are a great health insurance provider! Whenever there's an issue, they're quick to explain what I need to do to resolve it! Their downfall, however; is 'how' they explain things! Sometimes, depending on which consultant you get, can be confusing (& often doesn't correlate with what your dentist/doctor understands). But, in saying that, it's a great health insurance with plenty of benefits to match different people's needs/lifestyle.

Don't trust or rely on your "advice" incompetent and misleading

I have had spoken to multiple staffs on their hotline to resolve a simple enquiry. I ended up with an answer and acted on the advice I was given. And when I end up claiming on the spot, it turned out

Been a customer for 20yrs and without knowing HCF they changed the current cover I had to not include bariatric surgeries - I previously had this surgery covered by HCF and now need revision due to a
