Doesn't cover natural therapies like hypnotherapy and reflexology

After 10 years with this provider I'm leaving as they do not cover natural therapies or out patient services - even when a HCF Provider number is available. Quite annoying and misleading, and they won't put it in writing to say they don't cover these things... Unless you've come over from Manchester Unity you're just another number.

Don't trust or rely on your "advice" incompetent and misleading

I have had spoken to multiple staffs on their hotline to resolve a simple enquiry. I ended up with an answer and acted on the advice I was given. And when I end up claiming on the spot, it turned out
