Appalled by their lack of service
I filled the online claim form for waited 5 days but haven't gotten a response from them. I had to call them up to check and my request was in the system, but they didn't process it. Appalled by their lack of service. Will be looking to change insurers when my policy expires. I do not want to lose out on the premium I have paid because I have made a claim and the remainder will not be refundable.
