Unhelpful, rude and poorly trained staff

Rude customer reps. Unhelpful and poorly trained. They sound all nice and friendly until you tell them you are making a claim, then they show their true color by being suspicious and rude. Claims process took unbelievably long, only got my money back after 5 months. Very poor servcie.

We had a legitimate claim a few years ago following an unprecedented rain event for my 25 + years living here. The damage was obvious and blind Freddie could have seen it, a deeper than ankle dept
