Very incompetent staff

Incompetent staff. Had to correct errors on my policies 3 times before they got it right. The first time they got my name spelt wrong, rang them up, when they resent the documents, they managed to get it wrong again. Make sure you double check all your documents when you sign up. You do not want to run into trouble when you make a claim later.

We had a legitimate claim a few years ago following an unprecedented rain event for my 25 + years living here. The damage was obvious and blind Freddie could have seen it, a deeper than ankle dept
