Recent claim

I had water gushing from a water pipe inside a tiled area of a spa. The water run down to the floor of the bathromm down the kitchen ceiling affecting the power.
My claim was rejected and the reason is lack of maintenance. When i asked them how can i maintain a pipe inside the spa or a wall. I had no answer.
This is not fair i pay them nearly $80 dollars a month and being with them 4 years. They look for any excuse to reject your claim. I do not recommend it to anyone.
Yes they replied quickly but were inefficient in answering questions.
