Claims process took 2 months

I have the Bronze Paw Cover for our dog, who broke his hind leg in a collision with a golf cart. We got it treated and filled the claims form downloaded from Medibank's website and sent it within 7 days. We didn’t get a receipt until we called them. Then they sent us additional forms to fill. The settlement was done 2 months after we had submitted the claims form.

Customer over 7 years for two dog policies. Charging me over double cost of new policy customers. Don’t look after long standing customers. Disgusting customer service. Rip off. Cut and paste email cu

HORRIBLE

Have no idea what they are doing. Will do anything to avoid paying out on a claim. Poor service, no care factor. They just want your monthly payment and that's where it starts and stops!

We had Medibank pet insurance for our dog for over 11 years, only claimed a couple of times but always a quick easy hassle free process. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and we spent over $2000
