Terrible customer service towards long standing customer

Customer over 7 years for two dog policies. Charging me over double cost of new policy customers. Don’t look after long standing customers. Disgusting customer service. Rip off. HORRIBLE

Have no idea what they are doing. Will do anything to avoid paying out on a claim. Poor service, no care factor. They just want your monthly payment and that's where it starts and stops!

We had Medibank pet insurance for our dog for over 11 years, only claimed a couple of times but always a quick easy hassle free process. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and we spent over $2000

They are a useless company. They will do everything in their power not to pay out a claim. Every claim is a drama that takes weeks to resolve. If your pet has visited the vet prior to joining, they w
