Only offer basic products with limited options

While shopping for insurance for my cat, I researched products offered by Medibank. They offer only basic products with limited options. The quotes were also a bit on the high side so we ended by not purchasing their products.

Terrible customer service towards long standing customer

Customer over 7 years for two dog policies. Charging me over double cost of new policy customers. Don’t look after long standing customers. Disgusting customer service. Rip off. Cut and paste email cu

HORRIBLE

Have no idea what they are doing. Will do anything to avoid paying out on a claim. Poor service, no care factor. They just want your monthly payment and that's where it starts and stops!

We had Medibank pet insurance for our dog for over 11 years, only claimed a couple of times but always a quick easy hassle free process. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and we spent over $2000
