Our dog is insured by medibank's Gold Paw Cover. Their customer service is quite helpful and till now we have claimed routine and preventive care benefits 4 times. Each time the claims were settled within a month.

Have no idea what they are doing. Will do anything to avoid paying out on a claim. Poor service, no care factor. They just want your monthly payment and that's where it starts and stops!
