Expensive but worth it

After comparing several plans, I purchased the Gold Paw Cover for my kitty 8 months ago. The plan is expensive but well worth it. The kitty had good poisoning and needed to be treated over 2 weeks. The bill ran into a few thousand dollars but they paid within 1 month after I submitted all the documents. The only downside of the plan is that they limit it pets younger than 9 years.

Customer over 7 years for two dog policies. Charging me over double cost of new policy customers. Don’t look after long standing customers. Disgusting customer service. Rip off. Cut and paste email cu

HORRIBLE

Have no idea what they are doing. Will do anything to avoid paying out on a claim. Poor service, no care factor. They just want your monthly payment and that's where it starts and stops!

We had Medibank pet insurance for our dog for over 11 years, only claimed a couple of times but always a quick easy hassle free process. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and we spent over $2000
