Helpful customer service over the phone

We purchased their Bronze Paw Cover that covers only accidents for our 2 dogs in November 2012. The purchase was done over the phone. The customer service people there were helpful. Thankfully we haven't needed to file a claim with them yet.

Customer over 7 years for two dog policies. Charging me over double cost of new policy customers. Don’t look after long standing customers. Disgusting customer service. Rip off. Cut and paste email cu

HORRIBLE

Have no idea what they are doing. Will do anything to avoid paying out on a claim. Poor service, no care factor. They just want your monthly payment and that's where it starts and stops!

We had Medibank pet insurance for our dog for over 11 years, only claimed a couple of times but always a quick easy hassle free process. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and we spent over $2000
