Don’t waste your money

They are a useless company. They will do everything in their power not to pay out a claim. Every claim is a drama that takes weeks to resolve. If your pet has visited the vet prior to joining, they will automatically be labelled with having a ‘pre-existing’ condition and no future cover will be provided for that particular condition/injury/illness, even if it was just a once off visit. So glad I finally cancelled my policy it was a waste of money.
