My dog got injured at a dog park and i claimed within days of the vet visit and im so glad it wasn't a severe injury because claiming from Petmed took 8 months despite giving all information needed and many emails and a phone call. Just terrible service

Our dog Cooper, was bitten by a snake. The cost of the treatment was more than I expected so I am really glad we had the insurance.<br/>The claim was fast and easy the vet did nearly all of the work.
