Absolutely terrible claims service

The worst claims experience i've ever had and i work in insurance myself so i have had a lot of bad experiences.

They outsource their claims team to a call center in the Philippines who have no idea what they are talking about.

Extremely frustrating talking to people who have no clue.

Thanks for making a hard time even harder.

Unable to claim

Very dissaponted . I rang regards to my pet policy insurance is cancelled or not because I will have my dog eye surgery soon. I been told can't be cancelled due to still remain policy after 12 mo

My dog got injured at a dog park and i claimed within days of the vet visit and im so glad it wasn't a severe injury because claiming from Petmed took 8 months despite giving all information neede

Excellent service fast claim

Our dog Cooper, was bitten by a snake. The cost of the treatment was more than I expected so I am really glad we had the insurance.<br/>The claim was fast and easy the vet did nearly all of the work.
