Any excuse not to pay claim. Avoid this company

They try to find any excuse just not to pay your claim. And on the second time, they will put it as a pre-existing condition. I was turned down for what was initially bed bugs on my dog, but any other skin conditions are not a pre-existing, and have been rejected. Avoid this company at all costs.

My dog is insured with Petplan and I have not had a problem they have paid out thousands for my Labrador.I suggest that people read the policy carefully

Policy for life - if you can afford the premium hikes!<br/>Pet Plan was always one of the more expensive policies, but the cover was the best available hence our decision to get it in the first place
