Best Insurance experience ever

My puppy had a FREE 6wk Petplan Insurance from the breeder. in the first 4 weeks the pup got into all sorts of problems including an expensive emergency hospital stay. 2 weeks after the claim forms went in I received the full amount minus the fixed excess.
Anything for free is awesome LOL but seriously I was surprised how the Petplan process was so quick and easy.
Obviously I will be a paying customer soon, so it will be interesting to see how the service continues but Im most impressed at present.

AVOID!!!!

Insurance for my 3 year old dog (that I have NEVER claimed anything for) has gone from $87 a month to $156! I'm now concerned how much our premium increase will be for our 6 year old that is alrea

Astonishing 247% premium hike

Policy for life - if you can afford the premium hikes!<br/>Pet Plan was always one of the more expensive policies, but the cover was the best available hence our decision to get it in the first place

They Just don't Pay

My dog went in to the Vet for an ear cleaning. 9 months later, the dog had an ear haematoma. PetPlan denied the claim, saying that the haematoma was a pre-existing condition because of the ear clean
