PetPlan are a bunch of incopetent Thieves

Peplan is the biggest rip off. They try everything to get out of paying claims. They also put up premiums on my dogs without notifying me. They also came up with the most lame excuse not to pay my claim for the same related illness. Because my dog seen the vet in June 2014, and then went for a follow up visit to the same related illness in July 2014 they said because they changed the new policy in July 2014 they would not be paying my claim. I never had any notification at all to tell me they had changed the policy until I noticed that they had helped themselves out of my bank account to more money than usual. I then complained and then I was bombarded with all this info from them. When i emailed and tried to call them they were very unhelpful and do not answer emails, and do not return phone calls. When I made a big complaint on their facebook site they replied to me straight away. I also made a complaint on google reviews like 100's of others and they wrote some excuse how they would contact me to fix the problem and I have not heard or seen my money in my account. They are a bunch of thieves who do not give a damn about your animals. They sit behind their desks working out how they can scam people out of their hard earned money. I advise anyone who hears the name Petplan to take your money and run because this company should be named Thief Plan. :(
