My dog went in to the Vet for an ear cleaning. 9 months later, the dog had an ear haematoma. PetPlan denied the claim, saying that the haematoma was a pre-existing condition because of the ear cleaning. Just a useless product and and like most insurance companies, they are a bunch of crooks.
