Terrible claims service

They are super efficient when collecting money. Couldn't say the same about their service when making a claim. Couldn't reach them on the phone. Sent multiple emails but no reply from them. It's been 2 weeks now, will need to go through the ombudsman to get to them I guess. Avoid while you are still not with them.

Poor customer service and long wait on calls

Poor customer service. Long waits on calls. Payout on claims takes an eternity. The only consolation was I got my claims back.

Cheap prices

Bought a policy online with little fuss. My cat will be covered for illness and accidents. Prices are cheap too.
