Very long phone waiting times

I first joined to support RSPCA and haven't made any claims yet. Have tried to call for the past few days and have been constantly on hold for over 30mins each time and giving up before speaking to anyone. From the reviews I've read they don't seem to be worth it so I want to cancel but it seems to be taking forever. Not worth it, waste of time and money.

lying scam artist making profits, they don't cover hardly anything and claim every thing is pre existing condition and not covered. If they approve a claim and you cancel your insurance they charge yo

Distressing...They didn't give a shi*!

Paid premiums for 2 years. Dog had surgery with complications. 6 weeks later after 4 more surgeries we had to have him put down. Submitted claims only to be told they would not pay as it wasn't an 'em
