straightforward and quick claims procedure.
My camera was completely destroyed through an accident. I received claim payment within 2 weeks of arriving back in Australia. The payment was a little over 60% of the new value of camera and lens taking into account depreciation and an $100 excess. The claims process was simple and straightforward. But of course I did need proof of purchase and a camera technician's appraisal of my ruined equipment.
