    I am very sorry that when you attempted to call us that you were unable to get through within a reasonable time, this is the opposite of what we strive for.

    We take customers privacy very seriously and work continuously to improve this, our customer login area on our website was down temporarily for maintenance but this has now been relaunched as of this week so you are now able to extend and make amendments to your policy online.
