Good Cover, but require you to send your credit card details via email
I've used 1cover for many years and had a great experience with them. I recently had to extend my trip and therefore my cover. The only way to do this is by calling their Australian number or email. I tried calling the number, but their call centre was very busy, so I emailed. It was easy enough to request to extend my cover, but when it came to paying for the additional cover, the only option was to send my credit card via unsecured email. I had no choice but to comply, but I will not be using them in future, as I do not feel they take my privacy seriously.

I am very sorry that when you attempted to call us that you were unable to get through within a reasonable time, this is the opposite of what we strive for.
We take customers privacy very seriously and work continuously to improve this, our customer login area on our website was down temporarily for maintenance but this has now been relaunched as of this week so you are now able to extend and make amendments to your policy online.
