POLICY
I took out a policy for a cruise to Vanuatu and New Caledonia in 2018. The Cruise Company cancelled the cruise. I telephoned and was advised that I could transfer the policy to cover a cruise to Papua New Guinea in March 2019 if I sent an email asking for the transfer. I did this and received an email saying I could not transfer as the policy had to be used within 12/12. I responded by email and have not heard anything since. I am sitting, waiting in limbo.
