    Firstly, I am so sorry to hear about your family members passing - I can only imagine how difficult this has been for you.

    I can appreciate why you're disappointed in the wording of our policies and the circumstances in which we are able to offer cancellation cover.
    Unfortunately, like most insurers, we are unable to extend our emergency and cancellation cover to family members outside of AU and NZ. While this is generally an industry-wide condition, you, of course, have the option to escalate your claim.
