    Firstly, I am so sorry to hear about your family members passing - I can only imagine how difficult this has been for you.

    I can appreciate why you're disappointed in the wording of our policies and the circumstances in which we are able to offer cancellation cover.

    Unfortunately, like most insurers, we are unable to extend our emergency and cancellation cover to family members over the age of 85 or who live outside of AU or NZ, this is generally an industry-wide condition.

  • Good to know that you're just like the rest, not caring about the client or the service. Just follow the "industry-wide" condition. One day when the CEO's grandparents dies. Send the obituary my way and ill do the industry standard of wait 8 days and "do nothing". Cheers for nothing. T
