    I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the outcome of your request, as with any policy once it expires we are unable to alter or extend it. We issue your certificate of insurance with your travel dates and we advise customers to get in contact at least 7 days before the policy is due to expire in order for it to all be fixed up before it lapses.
