    Here at 1Cover we aim to continually provide a good quality product, we offer quality cover and legendary customer service whilst keeping our prices competitively low. So whilst our competitors have trimmed operating costs – we have done the opposite – hiring Doctors and nurses as to be on our 24/7 emergency assistance team, doubling our call centre staff, having local call centres in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland rather than the outsourcing overseas. There are countless decisions like this where we focus on putting the customer first, which no doubt is costlier, but it is a far better service.

    Keeping an open dialogue with our customers is how we improve our service, so thank you for your feedback.

  • Understand completely, however you offer intro a friend and receive a reward and once I got offered a 10% (I think it was ) discount on a policy I had quoted but hadn’t completed. When googling one cover I came across a cheaper fund by accident. However out of loyalty I continued searching for one cover. Even a small discount would be incentive to return rather than look for cheaper insurance again. I have 2 more trips booked for this year and will probably shop around whereas if I knew I would get even a small discount to return I probably wouldn t bother
