Difficulty in sending receipts to make a claim.
I recently was unable to travel and had to submit copies of each receipt to claim for travel and accomodation expenses. After sending them off I was asked to resubmit some as the system would not accept some receipts. I had them as hard copies and offered to send them by mail but they have to be sent to Brisbane via Auckland and could take up to a month to process. I did eventually download and attach them as an emails but think had I not been computer savvy this would have been a difficult process for some customers.
