Great service, cheap and reliable

From my own personal experience breaking my elbow whilst on an overseas Ski trip in Austria 1cover was excellent extremely easy to make claims and quick to pay once claim is lodged.
The only gripe is I wish there was more communication after you had lodged the claim, I didnt receive an email or anything after I had lodged letting me know it had been received or when the payment was sent I just happened to check my bank account and it had already been paid 3 days after the claim. Not a massive issue but perhaps an area for improvement.

Other than I cannot fault 1Cover as an isurance company. Will definitely use again for future trips.
