All farce
I fell sick and was hospitalised while abroad, now they say they won’t refund or settle my claim of prepaid hotel charges. Also they have taken more then a month to settle my claim (partly) which translates to currency fluctuations and cash crunch to a policy holder. This is for annual travel guard issued from Thailand
