claim

very disappointing experience for simple flight insurance. I have submitted my claim more than two months ago and have not received response about. called them two time (waiting more than an hour on each call) and their agents keep telling me your application is under process.

AIG have to be THE worst 'insurance company' I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Absolute crooks through and through. How they are allowed to operate shows the deep and serious flaws in the system. Not at all surprised that they are aligned with jetstar though!!!
