Still dealing with them over a year later
I have a straightforward hospital bill, yet for various bureaucratic reasons I am still having to deal with the insurance company over a year later. They never seem to have any information about my claims when I call and constantly transfer me to someone else or give me conflicting advice. Horrible customer experience.
