Do NOT go through AIG travel insurance
The worst insurance company, do NOT get travel insurance through AIG.
Why pay $120 for insurance to not be covered for the fault on Jetstars behalf.
This company couldn’t help me. Waste of your time and money. Non speaking English phone consultant, waited on hold for 37min. The consultant was no help what so ever, it was as if she was against me and not working with me to assist in claiming the extra $1525 I paid for flights with a different air line.
Save yourself the money and don’t go through this company like me.
