Ghosted me after filing a claim

Total scam. They refuse to even reply to my claim after a full week. Every menu on their website was designed to funnel me away from customer support to make the claim. Several hours of putting said claim together and then nothing. Meanwhile, my trip is hell. No support from them. Just took my money and ran.

Avoiding Allianz - Do not use this company

I can to hospital three days after I fell off an AVT with symptoms that required immediate medical attention. Allianz wanted a report with a diagnosis before they would approve the claim. The problem

Waste of money never again

Allianz refused our trip cancellation claim despite telling us we had grounds for a claim when I phoned them to check before canceling flights and everything else. They said the policy covered changes
