Legit claim fully rejected. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I had a round trip booked, meeting, hotel booking, etc. My flight was diverted due to aircraft breakdown, so I never arrived at one of my original destinations, which means, now I will have to make a separate trip there.

I provided all the required evidence from the airline. InsureAndGo straight away said that it cannot be a cancellation, because basically I arrived at my final destination, so it can only be a delay, which is very clever, because in that case the max payable amount is a lot lower. Well, as I never arrived at one of my planned destinations, in my view that is a cancellation of one of my flights.

Now it will cost me $2500 to cover that missed trip.

Finally, they rejected my whole claim, saying I arrived at my final destination without any delay, in fact, I got there about an hour earlier than expected. Wow. And what about the destination that I never got to?

I have used them lots of times, recommended them to many of my friends because they are an Australian company, so we should support them.
Luckily, non of them had any problem, otherwise I would be in big trouble now, because when something happens, that is when you really find out how good an insurance company is.

Well, this one is rubbish and extremely sneaky.
